I chose the field of massage therapy as a way to help people without hurting them. As people are ever evolving, my practice has also evolved. Through the trials and tribulations of life, growth and understanding has deepened within me and the gifts of which I have been blessed with. Much of my work these days are a mixture of therapeutic massage and intuitive energy work. I enjoy helping others along their journey to wellness and Self.

My massage business began in Alton, Illinois and relocated to Griggsville, Illinois in 2016.
